Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to In The Zone! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in our communities and private 1:1 coaching programs. By enrolling, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. We reserve the right to deny enrollment to any individual at our discretion.
3. Program Participation
- Community Access: Membership provides access to designated course materials, Zoom meetings, and community forums. Sharing login details is prohibited.
- 1:1 Coaching: Sessions are scheduled in advance and must be completed within the agreed-upon time frame.
- Code of Conduct: Participants must engage respectfully. Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or violation of community guidelines may result in termination of access without refund.
4. Payment Terms
- All payments are due upfront unless a payment plan is agreed upon. Payment plans must be adhered to as scheduled.
- Failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of access.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided by In The Zone, including course materials, templates, videos, and community content, is the intellectual property of In The Zone. Redistribution, reproduction, or unauthorized use is prohibited.
6. Refund Policy
- Digital Products and Community Memberships: Refunds may be requested within 5 days of purchase, provided that less than 25% of the content has been accessed. After 14 days or if significant content has been accessed, refunds will not be issued.
- 1:1 Coaching: Refunds for unused coaching sessions may be requested within 5 days of payment. Once coaching sessions have been conducted, no refunds will be issued for completed work. Participants may reschedule unused sessions with at least 24 hours notice.
7. Limitations of Liability
In The Zone is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs. Participants are responsible for their own success and results.
8. Modifications
In The Zone reserves the right to modify these Terms or program offerings at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Missouri and the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Cancellation Policy
- Community memberships can be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, access to the community and its resources will end at the conclusion of the current billing cycle.
- Coaching sessions require a 24-hour notice for rescheduling. Missed sessions without notice are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
